How do I find your office?
I rent space from Salon 523, which is located on the second floor of the American National Bank building. When you enter the building there is an elevator to your left & if you prefer, the stairs are thru the door on your right. When you get on the second floor, there are some chairs. Please have a seat and I will be with you as soon as I can. I try to be out there at least five minutes before your appointment time. If it's past your appointment time, send me a text 402-312-4518. If you need the restroom, it is around two corners by the water fountains. The floor is basically a circle, so no worries about getting lost.
How do I schedule using a Gift Certificate?
Please select the Customized Session option and click on the down arrow to the left to change the option from 60 to 90 minutes if you need to. When asked how you would like to pay, select 'pay in person' and bring the gift certificate with you to your appointment.
What is the cancellationPolicy:
Notification day before the appointment by 10pm - no fee.
Same day notification - $25
No Call/No Show (must call before the appointment time) - full price of the session
Groupon/Living Social Questions?
If you are using a Groupon/Living Social, please make sure you bring the voucher with you or that you have access to it in your phone via the Groupon application.

What happens when there is Bad Weather?
When the Omaha Public Schools are closed because of inclement weather, I will also be closed. I would rather have everyone safe. I will send out both a text and an email notifying everyone of the cancellation. I will then get everyone rescheduled and in for their appointments as quickly as possible.
